Elevator wait times, crowded breakfast.

my experience at element was incredible! the facilities, the cleaning of elevators and lobby. the rooms are very comfortable, each with a kitchen 100% equipped to cook or keep what you buy cold and fresh. the 

The breakfast was complimentary and generous and with constant food; the staff was competent. I had recently renovated and functional room with a view of the Empire State, large bed, for instance.

Responsive and competent staff and truly exceptional accommodation. Nicely furnished and brand-new units with the worst floors. All in all amazing setting so close to times square, subways, and theatres. Excellent service everywhere.  

The hotel's breakfast spread was a nice surprise, with hot options available - quite a treat! The convenient kitchenettes in the rooms made life so easy, along with the handy laundromat on Floor C. The free happy hour with 

The modern, minimalist decor and the well-equipped rooms with complimentary Wi-Fi made my short stay comfortable.

One minor inconvenience was the limited dining area for the number of guests, which could get crowded during peak times.

rooms⭐: the rooms were clean and spacious like a small apartment. Had fridge and microwave. Just some windows needed a wash, but overall cozy 🏨❤️

The Element had a well-equipped kitchenette, great for staying in. Breakfast offered various options with daily hot dishes. Excellent WiFi and enjoyable happy hour with complimentary drinks and nibbles. Highly recommended. 

Location: the hotel was very close to Penn Station for Amtrak, the most important sightseeing places and stores and Times Square and Bryant Park. The room was contemporary and fashionable, included with kitchenette, good shower, as example. 

Enjoyed the TV streaming options and pet-friendly policy. The sound isolation was impressive, making for a peaceful stay, even next to the elevator. Loved the spacious room with cooking facilities. The location was convenient for exploring 

Had really really nice stay during the last night and the weather was pleasant. Having breakfast with fresh fruit, cereal and omelette was a nice bonus. The location was marvellous and fantastic,
